Turning a strong concept into a fundable, customer‑ready business

United Art Leasing was founded to make high‑quality artwork more accessible to commercial properties through a flexible leasing model. The concept addressed a clear gap: many businesses want to enhance their spaces with curated art, but purchasing outright is expensive, inflexible and often operationally complex.

Vivolution partnered with United Art Leasing from an early stage to help turn the idea into a fully functioning, commercially viable business. Our role covered the end‑to‑end build and launch, from shaping the model and delivering the technology, through to securing launch capital and winning early customers.

We worked closely with the founders to clarify the commercial proposition, define how customers would engage with the service, and ensure the business was structured for scale from day one. Central to this was designing and delivering the core system that underpins the leasing model, customer management and operations.


From concept to live platform with early market traction

United Art Leasing launched with a fully operational system that supports the entire customer journey, from selecting artwork and managing leases through to ongoing relationships with clients and artists. Vivolution supported:
