K360 had developed a strong technology platform, but like many growing businesses, faced a familiar challenge: how to move from product capability to a commercially scalable, investable business.

A key focus was ensuring that decisions across product, people and partnerships were aligned to long‑term commercial outcomes, not short‑term delivery.
